Der Vorstand der All for One Midmarket AG hat heute auf Basis der Ermächtigung der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung vom 11. März 2010 zum Erwerb eigener Aktien beschlossen, ein öffentliches Kaufangebot zum Erwerb von bis zu 139.353 Aktien der All for One Midmarket AG durchzuführen und die Bestimmungen endgültig festgelegt. Die Aktionäre der All for One Midmarket AG können im Rahmen des Angebots ihre Aktien während der Annahmefrist zum Preis von EUR 4,30 je Aktie andienen. Die Frist beginnt am 20. Juli 2010 und endet am 3. August 2010, 12.00 Uhr (MEZ). Die Angebotsunterlage zum öffentlichen Aktienrückkaufangebot mit den weiteren Details wird am 20. Juli 2010 auf der Website des Unternehmens unter http://www.all-for-one.com und im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht.
