Neuer Bericht: LGBTQ+ im Unternehmen

Ein neuer Beitrag in unserem Online-Magazin Themenschmiede mit Lukas Bauer, Assistant Consultant bei der Allfoye Managementberatung.

30 Prozent der sich zum LGBTQ+ Spektrum zählenden Menschen werden am Arbeitsplatz diskriminiert. Das zeigt die Studie des Deutschen Instituts für Wirtschaftsforschung (DIW) aus dem Jahr 2020. Doch das Bewusstsein dafür, wie wichtig und förderlich diverse Teams für Unternehmen sein können, nimmt zu. Laut einer Studie des Start-ups truffls aus demselben Jahr achten rund 66 Prozent aller Arbeitnehmenden und sogar 74 Prozent aller Arbeitnehmenden im Alter zwischen 18 und 29 Jahren bei ihrer Jobsuche auf eine diverse Haltung ihrer potenziellen Arbeitgeber. Es ist also auch ein relevantes Thema beim Recruiting angesichts des Fachkräftemangels.
Lukas Bauer ist Assistant Consultant bei der Allfoye Managementberatung und Mitbegründer der Rainbow Community in der Muttergesellschaft All for One Group.
