Kompaktes 1940nm 200µm Hochleistungs-Diodenlasermodul für medizinische Anwendungen

AMS Technologies stellt eine neue 1940nm Laserdioden-Quelle für medizinische Anwendungen vor. Das Produkt der Berliner Firma Lumics ist das neueste Modul der bewährten LuOcean-Serie und liefert bei 1940nm 10W, und zwar als weltweit erstes Modul für diese Wellenlänge aus einer Standard-Quarzglas-Faser mit nur 200µm Faserdurchmesser, NA 0.22.
Der wichtige Wasserabsorptions-Peak bei 1940nm hat eine fünf Mal höhere Absorption im Vergleich zum Peak bei 1470nm, erlaubt eine fünf Mal geringere Eindringtiefe in Gewebe und ist somit ideal geeignet für chirurgische Anwendungen.
Lumics GmbH in Berlin ist ein Hersteller von single- und multimode Laserdioden, Laserdiodenmodulen und schlüsselfertigen Lasersystemen, basierend auf Lumics‘ patentierter Einzelemitter-Technologie.
