Der neue E4T-Drehgeber arbeitet mit modernster, lichtdurchlässiger optischer Sensortechnologie und wurde spezifisch für die Robotertechnik, für medizinische und weitere industrielle Automatisierungsanwendungen entwickelt. Die angekündigten neuen Auflösungen entsprechen einer Erhöhung der möglichen Zyklen pro Umdrehung um bis zu 38%, wodurch ab sofort auch Anwendungen unterstützt werden, die bis zu 2000 Impulse pro Umdrehung benötigen. Diese substanzielle Erhöhung des Auflösungsvermögens wurde ohne Kompromisse hinsichtlich Gehäuseform, elektrischer Eigenschaften oder Robustheit des Ausgangssignals erzielt. Für Anwendungen, bei denen Störfestigkeit eine wesentliche Rolle spielt, ist die E4T-Drehgeberserie sowohl mit asymmetrischem als auch mit differenziellem Signalausgang erhältlich. Die neuen Optionen mit 400 bzw. 500 Impulsen pro Umdrehung überzeugen zudem durch die für den E4T typische, einfache und effiziente Stecknaben-Montage. Die Kunden profitieren dadurch von einer Reduktion der Installationszeit, der Montagekosten und der Montagekomplexität auf ein Minimum.
