Kontaktloser Magnetband-Sensor ETMA

Für raue Umgebungsbedingungen mit 0,01 mm Auflösung

Der neue Magnetband-Sensor ETMA von ELTRA wurde für raue Umgebungsbedingungen in der Industrie entwickelt und ist staub- und feuchtigkeitsbeständig.

Er kann mit langen Anschlussleitungen betrieben werden und die Ausgänge sind für Push-Pull-Betrieb oder Leitungstreiber geeignet.

Der Sensor ETMA ist mit einer Auflösung von 0,025 mm oder 0,01 mm erhältlich. Ein optionaler Nullimpuls alle 2 oder 5 mm erleichtert die Messung grosser Abstände.

Beim Einsatz im Freien kann eine Magnetskala mit Abdeckung geliefert werden.

Die Sensoren widerstehen Temperaturänderungen, Schmutz, Staub und ähnlichen Fremdkörpern. Zu den Hauptanwendungsgebieten gehören die Rückmeldung bei Motoren unter erschwerten Einsatzbedingungen, Handhabungsmaschinen und die Positionierung von Türen.
