Energiekontor AG erhöht Ergebnis-Prognose für 2024 deutlich

Konzern-EBT von 34 bis 37 Mio. Euro erwartet

Aufgrund positiver Sondereffekte, die nach dem Berichtsstichtag für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 eingetreten sind, erhöht der Vorstand der Energiekontor AG die Prognose für das Konzernergebnis vor Steuern (EBT) für das Geschäftsjahr 2024. So wird die Ergebnisprognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 nunmehr auf eine Bandbreite von etwa 34 bis 37 Mio. Euro angehoben (zuvor lag die Prognose in einer Spanne von 23 bis 27 Mio. Euro). Diese positiven Sondereffekte resultieren insbesondere aus Forderungen im Zusammenhang mit der Kompensation von Ertragsausfällen bei mehreren Windparks in Deutschland.

INFO: Die Zusammensetzung des Konzern-EBT entspricht der Darstellung auf Seite 43 des Geschäftsberichts 2023 der Energiekontor AG.Die Veröffentlichung der geprüften Geschäftszahlen für 2024 ist für den 28. März 2025 vorgesehen. Der Wind- uns Solarpark-Entwickler weist zudem daraufhin, dass die Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses durch die beauftragte Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 noch nicht abgeschlossen ist.
