Umtausch-Emission und Privatplatzierung – die Groß & Partner Grundstückentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH plant eine neue Unternehmensanleihe im Volumen von bis zu 50 Mio. Euro mit einem Zinskupon von 10 % p.a. zu emittieren. Die neue vierjährige Anleihe 2024/28 soll der Refinanzierung der Groß & Partner-Anleihe 2020/25 (ISIN: DE000A254N04) mit einem ausstehenden Volumen von 50 Mio. Euro dienen.

Die Inhaber der laufenden Groß & Partner-Anleihe 2020/25 sollen dabei die Möglichkeit erhalten, ihre Schuldverschreibungen in Schuldverschreibungen der neuen Anleihe 2024/28 zu tauschen. Des Weiteren ist eine Mehrerwerbsoption sowie eine Privatplatzierung vorgesehen. Die inhabergeführte Groß & Partner mit Sitz in Frankfurt entwickelt Immobilienprojekte, insbesondere im Hochhausbau und Projekte mit hohem Wiedererkennungsfaktor.
