Neue HÖRMANN-Anleihe 2023/28 (A351U9) in der Zeichnung

Das öffentliche Zeichnungs-Angebot für die neue fünfjährigen Unternehmensanleihe 2023/28 (ISIN: NO0012938325) der HÖRMANN Industries GmbH über die Zeichnungsfunktionalität der Börse Frankfurt (DirectPlace) ist gestartet. Ab einer Mindestzeichnungssumme von 1.000 Euro kann die im Nordic Bond-Format strukturierte Anleihe bis voraussichtlich 30. Juni 2023 (12:00 Uhr MEZ) über Banken und Online-Broker gezeichnet werden. Das Emissionsvolumen beträgt bis zu 50 Mio. Euro, der jährliche Zinskupon wird in einer Spanne zwischen 6,50 % und 7,50 % liegen (finale Kuponentscheidung fällt am Ende der Zeichnungsfrist).

Neben dem öffentlichen Angebot läuft seit dem 16. Juni 2023 (und noch bis zum 28.06.2023) ein Umtauschangebot für Anleger der bestehenden HÖRMANN-Anleihe 2019/24. Für die neue HÖRMANN-Anleihe 2023/28 (WKN: A351U9) ist eine Notierungsaufnahme im Open Market der Börse Frankfurt für den 11. Juli 2023 vorgesehen. Zudem wird die Einbeziehung des Bonds innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach dem Ausgabetag in das Nordic ABM der Börse Oslo beabsichtigt.
