Keine neue publity-Anleihe – die publity AG wird die geplante Emission einer weiteren Unternehmensanleihe mit einem Gesamtvolumen von bis zu 100 Mio. Euro aufgrund des „aktuellen Kapitalmarktumfelds“ nicht weiterverfolgen. Das teilte das Unternehmen heute via Adhoc-Meldung mit. Zur Wahrnehmung von Investmentopportunitäten verfüge publity nach eigenen Angaben über ausreichend andere Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten für seine Immobiliengeschäfte.
