Zeitfracht kündigt Anleihe 2021/26 (A3H3JC) vorzeitig

Nach der erfolgreichen Emission eines neuen vierjährigen Nordic Bonds (ISIN: NO0013461384) im Volumen von 145 Mio. Euro kündigt die Zeitfracht Logistik Holding GmbH ihre Anleihe 2021/26 (ISIN: DE000A3H3JC5) in einem ausstehenden Gesamtnennbetrag in Höhe von 30,5 Mio. Euro vorzeitig zum 17. März 2025. Die Anleihe 2021/26 wird an diesem Tag vollständig zu 101% des Nennbetrags zuzüglich der bis dahin aufgelaufenen und noch nicht bezahlten Zinsen zurückgezahlt.

Hinweis: Die Kündigung wird den Gläubigern der Zeitfracht-Anleihe 2021/26 auf der Internetseite der Emittentin und im Bundesanzeiger bekannt gegeben.
