In the ranking, Arvato Systems is ranked on position 5 and was thus able to perform outstandingly in a strong competitive environment.
The aim of the study was to examine and classify the vendor reputation of around 100 SAP consultants in Germany on the basis of a social listening. According to Computerwoche, SAP consulting today is "no longer just about technology and software". What is also required is "individual customer orientation, industry know-how and experience in project and change management.
For the sentiment analysis, according to Computerwoche on its website, the IMWF analysts collected data from a variety of online sources, including news sites, forums, blogs and social media channels. From tonality and range, a value for the provider reputation could then be calculated, in which Arvato Systems achieved 88.8 of 100 possible points, making it one of the top 5 companies evaluated.
