- arvato company expands Streamworks sales
- attractive pay-per-use licence model for new customers
Streamworks from arvato Systems is a professional software solution for intelligent and automated process scheduling in data centers and in-house IT organizations. The program sets new standards for cross-company workload automation systems. Based on a state-of-the-art modular processing server, heterogeneous environments can be flexibly integrated in a client-enabled workload automation architecture via version-independent, streamlined agents.
Streamworks infrastructure clearly set itself apart from competing solutions thanks to its easy-to-use user interface for business and power users, the integration of mobile end devices, and the simple rollout of new Streamworks releases.
The use of state-of-the-art design principles allows Streamworks to efficiently automate IT processes. This also helps keep the costs for adjusting existing IT processes to new requirements as low as possible.
Added value services such as a FileSystemWatcher or support for ERP systems via certified interfaces (to SAP, for example) make Streamworks a complete solution.
In order to boost the commercial appeal of Streamworks versus other competing products, arvato Systems and APS ENTERprise jointly developed a highly attractive and fairly priced pay-per-use license model. This makes it easier for new Streamworks users to get started, while offering them an excellent overall experience using the state-of-the-art Streamworks Workload Automation Suite over the long term.
“Mapping business processes in IT systems and the accompanying high level of automation are absolutely essential for companies above a certain size. We use Streamworks for approximately 3.5 million automated IT processes every month. For our customers with full-scope outsourcing, Streamworks allows us to work effortlessly with heterogeneous IT landscapes and maintain control of our customers’ processes at all times. With APS ENTERprise we now have a qualified sales partner on our side that can leverage its expertise in workload automation to provide us with the best possible support in the marketing of Streamworks,” says Jörg Depping, Vice President Strategy & Business Improvement at arvato Systems.
“We are delighted to be able to offer current and prospective customers a technically and commercially attractive workload automation solution in Streamworks. We are very familiar with user requirements thanks to our many years of experience as a provider of supplementary solutions to effectively use existing scheduling environments. Streamworks makes many things easier and better. Streamworks’ intelligent design, together with the reliability of arvato Systems, won us over straight away,” adds Peter Thiermann, Managing Director at APS ENTERprise.
