Each year the Top Employers Institute recognizes the outstanding human resource management skills and strategies of employers around the world. Last Thursday’s awards ceremony was the occasion for double celebrations at arvato: the Top Employers Institute’s independent analysis demonstrated that staff packages from both arvato CRM Solutions and arvato Systems fulfil the exacting requirements for certification. Henrik Teipel (arvato CRM Solutions) and Siegfried Bloch (arvato Systems) – heads of their respective HR teams - were able to congratulate themselves on receiving the highly coveted awards again this year.
All participants have spent the last few months undergoing an extremely demanding scrutiny as part of the certification process. Talent strategy, staff planning, training and coaching, leadership skill development, career and success planning as well as the wider company culture were all analyzed and rated.
According to the Top Employers Institute Country Manager for Germany/Austria/Switzerland Steffen Neefe: “The best staff packages give people the ability to develop and fulfil their potential both in their careers and also in their private lives. Results from our detailed analyses show that arvato Systems und arvato CRM Solutions have created an outstanding environment for staff and offer a broad range of creative initiatives.”
Siegfried Bloch is clear that the focus on people is important to arvato as a whole, and that this is an area for continuous improvement: “After our recent successes, our goal was to make absolutely sure that arvato Systems would again achieve certification in 2016.
