On November 2–3, 2011, arvato Systems will present for the first time ever the specialized CARE xRM solution in Nuremberg at ConSozial, the largest trade show and conference for the nonprofit sector in the German-speaking countries.
CARE xRM, which stands for Care, Attendance, Rehabilitation, Education, is an application for the extended nonprofit sector and is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The product combines a deep understanding of CRM with explicit expertise in the sector. This knowledge made it possible to take into account not only the specific terminology and data used in the sector, but also the complex relationships between the various stakeholders, including nursing home residents, family members, insurance companies, and public authorities.
CARE xRM handles the collection and management of documented information about all stakeholders. The standardized entry format and easy-to-use windows and forms make it possible to deliver high quality data. Information only has to be entered once, either offline or online, using mobile devices or PCs.
CARE xRM allows information to be shared among stakeholders, information managers, and systems, while ensuring that it is used in a carefully targeted way, and always taking data protection and security into consideration.
