- More effective communication with Microsoft Lync
Microsoft is set to hold a series of forums on technical topics and an accompanying exhibition covering all aspects of effective communication with Microsoft Lync under the motto ‘Phone Talk in the Past & in the Present’ at the beginning of the year in Berlin.
Experts from arvato Systems will be on hand for face-to-face discussions at the company’s information booth. One-on-one meetings can also be scheduled to allow companies to evaluate optimization potentials in terms of unified communications.
Heiko Steinweg, Senior Consultant and Microsoft Certified Master in Lync Server 2010 at arvato Systems, will give a presentation on ‘Best Practice: Introducing Microsoft Unified Communications in My Company’ in order to highlight success factors and the potential for successful Lync projects in practice. Interested parties can stay on after the presentation for a more in-depth expert discussion in the form of an open Q&A session. A key highlight will be a talk given by a Lync customer of arvato Systems, about challenges, tips, and the actual benefits gained through the use of Microsoft Lync in his company.
