- arvato Systems to appear at the most important trade fair serving the digital economy
- SharePoint and Lync solutions on display
With this year’s theme of ‘Shareconomy,’ CeBIT uses its status as the world’s most important event serving the digital economy to highlight sharing and the communal use of knowledge, resources, experience, and contacts as the new face of business collaboration.
arvato Systems therefore invites companies to its booth to experience new models in the field of Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC). Main focus will be solutions based on Microsoft Lync and SharePoint.
With Microsoft Lync 2013, arvato Systems presents a new user experience in interactivity and optimized collaboration between employees and teams, even beyond a company’s existing borders. In a live presentation, the company will show how Lync, as a single solution, unifies voice, instant messaging, audio, video, and web conferences, as well as persistent chat into an all-encompassing experience, enabling modern communication from practically any device.
At the same time, arvato Systems will outline the SharePoint platform and explain how companies can profitably implement functions such as collaboration and portals, enterprise search, document and Web content management, workflows, forms, and Business Intelligence.
Within this context, arvato Systems will also explore MITO, the standard practices tool for comprehensive enterprise development based on SharePoint. Many services supporting collaboration as well as community and reporting technologies use the integrated MITO methodologies in their real-time applications. Right from the start, users have access to approximately 1,000 checklists, reference templates, and portfolios.
Under the motto ‘Complaints are Opportunities,’ arvato Systems will also address the topic of professional complaint management and show how easy it is for energy supply companies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
