For certification, the prestigious Top Employer Institute carries out a comprehensive approval process and subsequent independent verification. HR strategies and processes are evaluated, and all key areas of HR are examined. In addition, the Top Employer Institute adjusts the assessment criteria every year to ensure that they reflect the highest standards in HR work. The evaluation focuses on topics such as talent strategy and acquisition, training and development, career and succession planning as well as working conditions, corporate culture and sustainability.
The official presentation of the Top Employer Award took place on January 25, 2024 as part of a large gala event at the Rheinterrassen Düsseldorf. Knut Grabenkamp, HR Director People Acquisition & Development at Arvato Systems, accepted the coveted award at this "Top Employer Certification Dinner" on behalf of the entire team.
