- arvato Systems and the BPM&O Academy are joining forces to offer ‘BMP Experts’ seminars with accompanying CBPP® certification
- Monthly on-site seminars from September to November in Gütersloh, Germany
The pressure of international competition means that many companies have to constantly improve their business processes. Management-level staff do not only need to know their own company inside-out in order to achieve optimum results. They also have to be familiar with the business process management (BPM) methodology. The basic principles for achieving this will be laid out in the ‘BPM Experts’ seminars, which arvato Systems, the Güterloh-based system integrators, will be holding for the second time in collaboration with the BPM&O Academy. The series consists of three modules that take the form of on-site courses, lasting between two and three days, scheduled for September, October, and November at the arvato Systems headquarters in Gütersloh. Sven Schnägelberger, a well-known BPM expert and founder and organizer of the BPM Club, will serve as the course instructor.
The advanced training course will teach BPM professionals at companies essential skills as well as how to use basic practical tools for successful process management. Participants in the seminars will learn the most important terms and methods. They will get to know how business process management can be professionally structured by systematically identifying, analyzing, and documenting processes. This includes:
- Preparing, conducting, and analyzing process analysis workshops
- Controlling and continuously improving business process management based on the targets, competencies, and resources available
