The mpSmart-Dosing - when accuracy matters

Accuracy is of great importance in many areas. This system offers just that: precision in accuracy

(PresseBox) (Dortmund, )
The mpSmart-Dosing from Bartels Mikrotechnik's series of microfluidic systems has recently become available for purchase.

The intelligent sensor-pump-combination of the mp6 micropump and a flow sensor is an innovation from the world of microfluidics.
Why this small system is so special is explained in the following.

1) Multitalent: Versatile

Whether for the exact dosing of medicines, the mixing of colours or different media. The mpSmart controls.

You can get a first impression by watching the videos on YouTube. Here you can see the mpSmart-Dosing in action.

We see this promising device replacing many inaccurate media...

2) Opposites: Refined construction - easy handling

We have made every effort to create an end product that can be used without much effort or prior knowledge.

The careful engineering work is complex, but the user interface is virtually intuitive.

Using a  suitable software device, the mpSmart-Dosing is easy to use.

The ease of use allows for quick familiarisation and ensures happy users.

3) Reliable - Flowcontrol at is best

While other conveyor designs allow fluctuations outside the permitted ISO standards, the mpSmart-Dosing offers you precision - from the start to the very last drop.

Especially when accuracy is important, we don't let you down.

Whether you want constant flow rates or changes in the meantime - with the mpSmart you get what you want.

4) Automatic data transmission

Paper work and endless typing of results were yesterday.

Thanks to the automatic data transfer you have all relevant data conveniently in front of you.

So you don't have to worry about the necessary documentation. (mp)Smart, simply.

How the microfluidic system works is demonstrated in the YouTube videos: mpSmart-Dosing and flow controlled system.
