From October 10 to 13, 2016 Baumüller will be present in Hall 8, Booth 8510 at Motek in Stuttgart to showcase automation components for production, assembly and material handling technology. By exhibiting its converters and motors, including its control technology, modular software and services, the automation and drive specialist will highlight both its broad product portfolio and the large number of variants that are possible using standard components — for example, for material handling systems. As a system supplier, Baumüller configures both the hardware and software according to customer requirements to ensure a smooth integration process.

Since spring this year, the new multi-axis controller b maXX 5800 complements the range of Baumüller converters. It was developed particularly for robotics and handling applications. The combination of six independently controllable axes into one controller enables significantly faster communication in the system than with separate axis units. The decentralized servo drive b maXX 2500 is suitable for a variety of applications and industry sectors. The compact solution scores with low wiring outlay and high flexibility.
