Über die Kaufpreisbedingungen wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
Die erworbenen Gesellschaften erzielten in 2006 einen Umsatz von rund EUR 200 Mio. und sind frei von Bankverbindlichkeiten. Der Kauf der Teksid France stellt aus Sicht der BAVARIA eine gute Ergänzung zu den im August des Jahres erworbenen Aluminium-Druckgussaktivitäten in Italien dar. "Bereits vor dem Kauf haben wir uns der Unterstützung der wichtigsten Kunden versichert. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen bei der Umsetzung des Toyota Manufacturing Systems und unseres Sanierungs Know hows in der Automobilzulieferindustrie erwarten wir zukünftig hohe Erträge und die Chance, weitere Aktivitäten im Aluminiumgussbereich zu erwerben", so Vorstand Reimar Scholz.
BAVARIA Industriekapital AG erzielte in 2006 einen Umsatz von EUR 333 Mio. bei einem EBITDA von EUR 51 Mio. und ist im Entry Standard in Frankfurt gelistet. Der Industriekonzern mit Sitz in München erwirbt Unternehmen mit starker Marktstellung und der Möglichkeit zur Ertragsverbesserung.
