Jochen Thiel verlässt die Bayerische Börse AG

Jochen Thiel verlässt die Bayerische Börse AG aus persönlichen Gründen. Er wird seinen Vertrag zum 1. Januar 2018 nicht verlängern. Nach knapp 5-jähriger Tätigkeit als Vorstand der Bayerischen Börse AG stellt er sich neuen Herausforderungen. Aufsichtsrat, Geschäftsleitung und Belegschaft bedauern die Entscheidung.

Insbesondere die erfolgreiche Einführung von gettex und der Start des Handels von Zertifikaten und Optionsscheinen von HypoVereinsbank onemarkets sind auch sein Verdienst. Dafür gebührt Jochen Thiel Dank und Anerkennung. Die Bayerische Börse AG wünscht ihm alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Über die Nachbesetzung wird der Aufsichtsrat in seiner nächsten Sitzung Ende November 2017 entscheiden.
