Traublinger: "Lohnsummenregel schnell abschaffen"

Das bayerische Handwerk unterstützt die Überlegung von Bundes-kanzlerin Angela Merkel, die Erbschaftsteuer im Zuge der Wirt-schafts- und Finanzkrise anzupassen. Merkel erwägt eine Änderung der Lohnsummenregel, die Arbeitsplätze bedroht. Bislang müssen Betriebe die Lohnsumme über einen Zeitraum von zehn Jahren im Durchschnitt erhalten, um die Erbschaftsteuer komplett zu vermei-den. Bei einem 85-prozentigen Bewertungsabschlag muss sie sieben Jahre gleich bleiben. „Die Lohnsummenregel muss nach der Bundestagswahl schnell abgeschafft werden, um unseren Betrieben Reaktionsmöglichkeiten auf die momentan besonders heftigen kon-junkturellen Schwankungen zu geben. Ansonsten steht das Überle-ben von Betrieben und Arbeitsplätzen auf dem Spiel“, erklärt der Präsident des Bayerischen Handwerkstages (BHT), Heinrich Traublinger, MdL a. D.
