Auf der im Estrel Congress & Messe Center Berlin stattfindenden Fachtagung wird Beak mit einem Stand und zwei Vorträgen vertreten sein.

Am 2. Juni um 16:15 stellt Dr. Andreas Barth im Saal A das von Beak und dem Geologischen Dienst von Tansania zwischen 2013 und 2015 entwickelte Geologie- und Rohstoffinformationssystem (GMIS) vor. Neben zahlreichen technischen Funktionen, wie Webportal und Webshop, beinhaltet das Informationssystem auch eine neue Metallogenetische Karte.

Andreas Knobloch spricht am 2. Juni um 12:30 im Saal C über die Nutzung von künstlichen neuronalen Netzen zur qualitativen und quantitativen Prognose geologischer Ereignisse und stellt dabei Funktionsweise und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der von Beak entwickelten advangeo® Prediction Software vor.
