Präsentation von Höffigkeitskarten für Gold von SW-Ghana

Auf der WaCA präsentiert Beak Consultants GmbH, zusammen mit dem Geological Survey Department of Ghana (GSD) und der TU Bergakademie Freiberg (TU BAF), die Ergebnisse eines Forschungsprojektes zur Identifikation von Explorationszielen für Gold innerhalb eines gut bekannten Bergbaureviers - des berühmten Gold-Gürtels von SW-Ghana.
Unter Verwendung existierender Daten und mit Hilfe fortgeschrittener Vorhersage- und Bewertungsmethoden wurde ein Kartenset der Höffigkeit für Gold erzeugt - sowohl für Seifenlagerstätten als auch Lagerstätten im Festgestein. Beak stellt im Rahmen eines Vortrages sowohl die Methodik zur Voraussage des Auftretens solcher Gold-Lagerstätten als auch eine Vielzahl von Empfehlungen hinsichtlich Anwerben von Investitionen, Optimierung von Explorationstätigkeiten, Verbesserung von Landnutzungsplanungen als auch Beratung von Aktivitäten des Kleinbergbaus vor.
