Beak zeigt neue Karte auf der Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2018

Beak Consultants GmbH ist vom 16. – 19. April 2018 Aussteller auf der Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2018, der größten europäischen Konferenz für Forschung und Innovation im Bereich Verkehr, in Wien/Österreich. Im Rahmen der Session 10.2 am 18. April 2018 von 8:30-10:00 Uhr (Raum “Lehar 1+2”) mit dem Titel „Response to Extreme Events & Climate Change” stellt Beak zusammen mit dem Eisenbahn-Bundesamt (EBA) die Ergebnisse zur “Compilation of a geo-hazard map for slope instabilities and landslides along the German railway infrastructure” vor. Die von Beak entwickelte advangeo® Prediction Software wurde erfolgreich zur Prognose von Massenschwerebewegungen entlang des deutschen Schienennetzes auf der Grundlage eines deutschlandweit geltenden ingenieurgeologischen Modells verwendet, in das rutschungsrelevante geologisch-morphologische und Flächennutzungsinformationen einbezogen wurden.
