Contrary to the current trend, BEIL has not reduced its warehouse, they have even increased it. The consequence: There is hardly anyone who can meet the short delivery times BEIL provides. With its uncompromising quality and unique long-term guarantee, the flexible company has entered a stable, unique position in a highly-competitive market. To be able to strengthen and expand this unique position, BEIL has placed its focus in the past months on finding down-to-earth and affordable solutions for the consolidation process in the print industry with its resulting pressure to improve productivity. Here, it should be possible to include existing devices into new, future-oriented, and modular concepts to keep the overall costs low and to secure the customers’ earlier investments at the same time.
The result is a range of additional modules which are in line with the requirements of the field. These modules enable changing the flexible, basic machines installed at the customers from stand-alone devices to automated systems. “Additional modules which do not yet exist will be developed custom-made and with the usual BEIL quality“, states Stefan Kreitczick, the business manager. The first visible sign of this trendsetting concept is a fully new Internet appearance of the company. The brochures too are presented completely revised and clearly accommodate the thought of systems.
This year, at the Drupa fair (May 29 – June 11, Messe Düsseldorf), the medium-sized company introduces on 140 square metres (hall 09, stand C74) convincing answers and flexible solutions comprising the entire field of punching, bending, punch-bending and cutting of printing plates. BEIL, the manufacturer with the largest product range on the market, covers all fields of application: ranging from the hand-operated punch for small companies all the way to the fully-automatic system for large printing companies.
Notwithstanding the pressure of prices, dislocating the labour-intensive production is no problem for Günter Beil, company founder and sole owner. Instead of risking his stand-alone position, he places emphasis on the qualified, reliable and motivated staff at the production site in Abensberg making use of the excellent infrastructure and the short distance to the Munich and Nuremberg airports. His employees will surely also appreciate the housing quality and recreational value of the Lower Bavarian asparagus region.
