Studie 2009 der e-pro - Befragung zu "Datenmanagement" gestartet

Im Herbst 2009 veröffentlicht das Stuttgarter Softwarehaus e-pro solutions die dritte Ausgabe aus der Reihe der M3V-Marktstudien zum Thema "Datenmanagement". Die Befragung dazu ist gestartet.

Ein erfahrenes Team zusammengesetzt aus dem Forschungsinstitut Fraunhofer IAO und den Softwareanbietern e-pro solutions GmbH, businessMart AG, CAS Software AG und fun communications GmbH analysiert wissenschaftlich fundiert das Datenmanagement von Unternehmen, welches sich im Umbruch befindet: Kunden-, Produkt-, Bestandsdaten, usw. werden zumeist in mehreren Spezial-Systemen, wie ERP oder CRM, erfasst, verwaltet und gepflegt. Der notwendige Austausch und Abgleich der Datensätze zwischen den Systemen erweist sich jedoch zumeist als extrem schwierig oder gar unmöglich.

Über das Forschungsprojekt M3V

Zielsetzung des Forschungsprojekts Mobile Multimediale Multilieferanten-Vertriebsinformationssysteme (M3V), das durch das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie maßgeblich unterstützt wird, ist die Erarbeitung konkreter Einsatzszenarios multimedialer Kommunikationsinstrumente für eine mobile Vertriebsunterstützung.
