200 Datenschutz-Experten diskutieren über aktuellen Stand zur Umsetzung der DS-GVO

„Datenschutz in Europa - Von der Theorie zur Praxis“ – unter diesem Motto steht der Verbandstag des Berufsverbands der Datenschutzbeauftragten (BvD) e.V. am 4. Mai 2017 in Berlin. Rund 200 Datenschutz-Experten aus Politik, Aufsichtsbehörden  und Unternehmen beraten über den Stand der Umsetzung der europäischen Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DS-GVO). Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei das Datenschutz-Anpassungs- und –Umsetzungsgesetz EU, das sich aktuell im parlamentarischen Verfahren befindet.

Unter anderen berichten die Bundesdatenschutzbeauftragte Andrea Voßhoff, der Parlamentarischer Staatssekretär im Bundeswirtschaftsministerium, Uwe Beckmeyer, sowie Gerd Billen, Staatssekretär im Bundesjustizministerium, aktuell über die Umsetzungen aus rechtlicher, politischer und verbraucherpolitischer Sicht. Jörg Eickelpasch, Leiter des Referats Datenschutz im Bundesinnenministerium, erläutert den Stand des Anpassungs- und Umsetzungsgesetzes.
