The longest BESSEY screw clamp, the TGK malleable cast-iron screw clamp, weighs around 9 kg and clamps workpieces of up to 3 metres. The smallest spring clamp, the Clippix XC, has a clamping width of 20 mm and weighs just 10 g. Whether you're making cabinets or models, BESSEY offers a wide range of tools that are tailored perfectly to the requirements of professional craftspeople.
"BESSEY. Simply better" is the company slogan. For Carsten Spang, member of the Executive Board, continuous innovation is a key factor to keep it this way: "We see unsolved tasks as a potential for innovation. If BESSEY can't do it, nobody can", said Carsten Spang.
The tool manufacturer from near Stuttgart in the south of Germany is well known for the quality of its products. What makes the company particularly special is that we cater to individual customer wishes. This combination makes BESSEY unique and secures its position in the competitive market. The company's success proves Spang right: BESSEY has established itself as a leading manufacturer of clamping tools.
Challenging work processes, small batches and custom-made products are part of craftspeople's day to day business. New materials and techniques also set new requirements on the tool. By discussing with our customers, BESSEY has been able to always be one step ahead of their requirements and to build on them for years. Application engineers with special training are working to align the tools exactly to customer requirements. Feedback at user trade fairs also shows that BESSEY has real problem solvers on hand for craftspeople. Tools that are tailored perfectly to the application don't just save time in the work process but also ensure added safety.
The impressive product range is not all: Thanks to numerous models and a comprehensive range of accessories, our product depth is equally impressive. Here's a selection from our portfolio:
The OMEGA GMZ screw clamp provides maximum flexibility and safety for day to day workshop use and on building sites. The patented OMEGA bend is vibration resistant during processing; as a result, the clamping force of the clamp itself is retained for longer even if there are severe vibrations. A further benefit: The user requires less strength for clamping. The clamping force can also be defined very precisely, which is particularly beneficial when machining delicate surfaces.
One-handed clamping with a clamping force of up to 5,000 N is possible using the EHZ one-handed clamp. It can be used wherever you need to work above head height or if an additional tool is required when aligning.
Edges and faces can be clamped easily with just one hand using the EKT one-handed edge clamp – this is ideal for applying multi-layered edge strips. The outer spindle moves the clamping jaws. The inner spindle applies pressure to the face.
The STC variable toggle clamps are ideal for all jobs on the workbench. The BESSEY toggle clamp range comprises horizontal toggle clamps, vertical toggle clamps and push/pull clamps, each with various base plate designs. And the best thing is: The STC toggle clamps clamp up to five times quicker, as their clamping capacity adjusts to the workpiece automatically with almost the same clamping force. This saves a lot of time during the work process; manual adjustments using the pressure screw or complicated changeover tasks are a thing of the past.
The BESSEY K-Body REVO parallel clamping tools are intended for clamping and spreading over large areas. They are indispensable aids for constructing furniture and cabinetry. The REVO KRE and KREV K body prallel clamps clamp or spread delicate surfaces powerfully, and fix pointed or round surfaces. Even corners and offset edges can be adjusted exactly. The relevant accessories extend the capabilities. The KP frame press set is available to clamp frames, the KBX body clamp extension extends the clamping range to up to 5 m, and the KR-AS tilting adapter enables exact clamping at non-right angles.
Curves, polygonal joints or even closed contours are no longer a problem thanks to the BAN 700 band clamps. The BVE Vario corners that are supplied as standard can be used to adjust the angle infinitely from 60 to 180 degrees. Frames can also be clamped without distortion in this way.
The KliKlamp KLI high-tech lever clamp is an invaluable tool for assembly work or when using multiple clamps at the same time. It is made of stable magnesium and is therefore light but tough as nails. It is in continuous operation wherever fast, secure and versatile clamping is required.
Clamping large and heavy parts with a smooth surface requires intuition and the correct tool. The PS 130 seaming tool can be used to clamp and position materials such as artificial stone, ceramic, granite, Corian®, plastic, sheet metal and glass.
The AV2 spacer is perfect for laying laminate and parquet flooring. This revolutionary aid makes laying the flooring quite simple, even for non professionals. Working with wedges or blocks is a thing of the past.
The modern technique of installing door frames using assembly foam requires special tools. Thanks to the door frame installation system by BESSEY, installation is made noticeably easier and more rational. When filling the wall joint with foam, the door frame is supported exactly and gently using the TU door frame brace and can be aligned exactly using the TFM-2K door frame straightening clamp. The WTR angle door frame straightening clamp fixes the frame corners neatly and stably. And the TUX door frame brace extension completes the professional installation system. In combination with the TU it enables extra wide doors from 104 to 196 cm to be installed.
