SAP zertifiziert die Schnittstellensoftware FrontCollect Invoice Connector von Beta Systems

Die Beta Systems Software AG (Prime Standard: BSS), ein führender Anbieter von Enterprise-Content-Management-Lösungen, erhält die SAP-Zertifizierung für ihre ABAP Add-On-Software zur Rechnungseingangsverarbeitung FrontCollect Invoice. SAP zertifiziert die entsprechende Schnittstellensoftware FrontCollect Invoice Connector 1.3 zur Integration in SAP R/3 4.6c. Die Software ist damit eine SAP(R) Certified Integration. FrontCollect Invoice ist jetzt noch besser in die mySAP Business Suite(TM) integriert.

FrontCollect Invoice liest und erfasst Rechnungen und Gutschriften automatisch und unterstützt die Rechnungsbearbeitung bis hin zur automatischen Prüfung aller Rechnungen. FrontCollect Invoice erkennt den Lieferanten und stellt den Bezug zur dazugehörigen Bestellung her. Zu den Kunden des Rechnungslesers von Beta Systems zählen mehr als 70 Unternehmen in Europa. Dazu gehören Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems GmbH, Volkswagen AG, KarstadtQuelle AG, Nestlé Deutschland, Schering AG, Linde AG, Peek & Cloppenburg.

Im Einzelnen sind folgende Funktionen zertifiziert:

- Einlesen von Rechnungen aus externen Systemen

- Rechnungsverarbeitung

- Integration in SAP ArchiveLink

- Integration in SAP Workflow

- Kundenspezifische Anbindung und Rechnungsverarbeitung

- Übernahme von Stammdaten (Lieferanten, Bestellungen, Wareneingang) zur Verwendung in FrontCollect Invoice
