Bundestag-Entscheidung über KWK-Gesetz 2012 verschoben

Das BHKW-Infozentrum informiert darüber, dass die Entscheidung über das KWK-Gesetz 2012 im deutschen Bundestag vom 27. April 2012 auf den 10. Mai 2012 verschoben wurde.

Ursprünglich sollte im Deutschen Bundestag am Freitag, 27. April 2012, in zweiter und dritter Lesung über das neue KWK-Gesetz entschieden werden.

Die Termine haben sich relativ kurzfristig verschoben.
Am 09. Mai2012 soll sich der Wirtschaftsausschuss noch einmal mit der KWKG-Novelle befassen. Die Verabschiedung im Deutschen Bundestag soll am Donnerstag, 10. Mai 2012, erfolgen.

Demnach wird das neue KWK-Gesetz voraussichtlich am 15. Juni 2012 im Bundesrat auf der Tagungsordnung stehen, wobei das KWK-Gesetz nicht von einer Zustimmung des Bundesrates abhängig ist.

BHKW-Infozentrum GbR

Seit 1999 informiert die BHKW-Infozentrum GbR (www.bhkw-infozentrum.de) auf zahlreichen Webseiten sowie in Fachzeitschriften über neue Technologien im Bereich alternativer und regenerativer Energieerzeugung mittels Blockheizkraftwerken (BHKW). Außerdem werden die Veränderungen der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen für BHKW-Anlagen und Anlagen der Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung (KWK) erläutert.

Im Zeitraum zwischen dem 22. Mai und dem 06. Juli finden fünf Workshops zu dem neuen KWK-Gesetz, dem neuen EEG und dem Mini-KWK-Impulsprogramm statt. Weitere Informationen unter http://www.bhkw-konferenz.de/...
