Nach Meinung des BHKW-Infozentrums kann man sich darüber streiten, ob die Vergütungssätze für Photovoltaik zu hoch seien und ob diese schneller abgesenkt werden müssen.
Jedoch sei es absolut inakzeptabel, dass im Sommer 2011 ein Gesetz mit bestimmten Fristen beschlossen wird, dieses Gesetz am 01. Januar 2012 in Kraft tritt und am 23.Februar 2012 plötzlich die Absenkung der Fotovoltaik-Vergütungssätze vom 01. Juli auf den 09. März vorverlegt werde.

Millionen von Planungsgelder und Ausschreibungskosten wären völlig unnötig „verbrannt“ worden, wenn die Planungen des BMU / BMWi Realität werden und bereits am 09. März 2012 eine Absenkung der Photovoltaik-Vergütung erfolgen sollte.
