Förderung für Mini-BHKW wird vereinfacht

Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) erlässt Allgemeinverfügung zur Erteilung der Zulassung für kleine BHKW-Anlagen gemäß KWK-Gesetz (KWKG 2012)

Mit Datum vom 26. Juli 2012 hat das Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) die Allgemeinverfügung zur Erteilung der Zulassung für kleine BHKW-Anlagen mit einer elektrischen Leistung bis 50 Kilowatt (Mini-BHKW) erlassen. Seit dem 07. August 2012 ist diese Allgemeinverfügung gültig.

Auf Grundlage des KWK-Gesetzes 2012 (§ 6b Absatz 6) soll die Allgemeinverfügung die Zulassung von kleinen KWK-Anlagen vereinfachen. Um in den Genuss der vereinfachten Anmeldeprozedur zu kommen, müssen die Mini-BHKW bestimmte Voraussetzungen erfüllen wie eine maximale elektrische Leistung von 50 Kilowatt.
Außerdem muss die Mini-KWK-Anlage in der BAFA-Liste der förderfähigen KWK-Anlagen aufgeführt sein. Diese Liste ist nicht identisch mit der Liste der förderfähigen KWK-Anlagen nach dem Mini-KWK-Impulsprogramm.
