Es handelt sich dabei nur um eine Baureihe aus der umfangreichen Auswahl von Prozessgasventilen von CKD.
CKD bietet für die unterschiedlichen Anwendungen in der Halbleiter- und LCD-Industrie eine Vielzahl von Prozessgasventilen, welche auch auf komplexen Gaszuliefersystemen verbaut werden.
Die luftbetätigten Ventile der Baureihe AGD0 werden für Edel- und Prozessgase eingesetzt. Der Betriebsdruck liegt bei 4 bis 6 bar.
Die Ventile sind als NC und NO mit Arbeitsdrücken von 1.3 x 10-6 bis 10 bar und Druckanschlüssen M5 und 1/8“ erhältlich.
Die Gasverbindungen sind 1/4“, 3/8“ und 1/2“ JXR Außen- und Innengewinde und können mit VCR gepaart werden.
Die Ventile sind für Temperaturen von -10°C bis max. 80°C einsetzbar.
Die Membrane bestehen aus einer hochresistenten und langlebigen Nickel-Cobalt-Legierung und die medium-berührenden Oberflächen des Ventils sind elektropoliert, um den hohen Anforderungen in der Halbleiterindustrie in Bezug auf Leckage zu genügen.
Die Ventilsitz-Leckage liegt bei weniger als 1.3 x 10-9 und für die externe Leckage ergibt sich ein maximaler Wert von 2.8 x 10-12 für Helium.
Die Ventile sind je nach Kundenwunsch als Blockventil, Winkelventil oder Mengenteilerventil erhältlich.
Die verfügbaren Optionen reichen von Durchflusskontrolle, visueller Anzeige, Temperaturanzeige bis zu Näherungsschalter oder offen/zu-Sensoren.
Die von CKD garantierte Lebensdauer beträgt mindestens 4 Millionen Zyklen bei optimalem Einsatz der Ventile.
Diese luftbetätigten Prozessgasventile werden unter anderem auch im Zusammenhang mit den Vorsteuerventilen MN3E und MN4E eingesetzt.
