Lindorff Decision ist Anbieter von hochentwickelten Kreditinformations- und Decision-Support-Systemen. Das wachsende und profitable Unternehmen hat seinen Sitz in Oslo, Norwegen. Es beschäftigt 24 Mitarbeiter, die im Jahr 2010 einen Umsatz von 76 Millionen Schwedischen Kronen (SEK) erwirtschafteten.
"Der Kauf von Lindorff Decision ist Teil unserer Wachstumsstrategie. Wir erwarten, das sich aus diesem Zukauf signifikante Synergien und neue geschäftliche Möglichkeiten ergeben", so Johan Wall, President und CEO von Bisnode.
Bisnode hatte am 2. Mai diesen Jahres bereits den Kauf von Lindorff Match abgeschlossen. Zusammen mit den bisherigen geschäftlichen Aktivitäten stärken die beiden Käufe die Marktposition von Bisnode und machen das Unternehmen zu einem der führenden Anbieter von Bonitäts-, Risiko- und Marktinformationen in Norwegen. Der gesamte Kaufpreis beläuft sich auf 242 Millionen SEK.
