Blackstone Technology: Michael Hingst becomes new CEO

Blackstone Resources AG (SWX; symbol BLS, ISIN CH0460027110) announces that there will be a change in management at Blackstone Technology GmbH. The previous CEO Holger Gritzka will leave the company, his responsibilities will be taken over by Michael Hingst. The continuity of the operational business is thus guaranteed. Our competence team of highly qualified battery specialists from various disciplines will continue the work at our site in Döbeln, Germany together with our research partners Fraunhofer, EMPA and Bern University of Applied Sciences as usual, the further technological development and progress is thus guaranteed.

Michael Hingst, who has already been working for Blackstone Resources AG in Switzerland as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for more than eight years and has been actively supporting the German subsidiary for more than five years, will now take over the management of Blackstone Technology GmbH and continue with his usual dedication and great commitment. He will be supported by Serhat Yilmaz, CMO & CBDO of Blackstone Resources AG. Mr. Yilmaz has been active in the e-mobility industry for years and has already founded and managed several successful companies.

Blackstone Resources is a Swiss Holding Company, with its legal domicile in Baar, Kanton Zug, and is concentrating on the battery technology and battery-metals market and offers direct exposure to the battery-technology revolution.

Blackstone Technology GmbH has build up a production-line for small series of proprietary 3D printed batteries, a high-speed multi-layer technology, in Döbeln, Saxony, Germany. The short-term production are pouch-cells with the Blackstone Thick Layer Technology TM which allows a 20% higher energy density in lithium-ion cells, Blackstone continues the program of further development in solid state batteries and its production process.

Electric vehicles and batteries have driven the demand for large quantities of various metals. Therefore, Blackstone Resources explores, develops and trades battery-metals such as lithium, cobalt, manganese, graphite, nickel and copper.
