Drahtlose Module für ein Sensor-Netzwerk

Mit der WSN-4000 - Serie von Advantech wird robuste, auf industrielle Bedürfnisse abgestimmte Messtechnik drahtlos. Analoge und digitale Eingangsmodule werden über eine WPAN-Anbindung (Wireless Personal Area Network) drahtlos mit einem Mess- oder Steuerrechner gekoppelt.

Alle WSN-Geräte (WSN = Wireless Sensor Network) funken nach dem 2.4GHz IEEE 802.15.4.-Standard mit einer Datenrate von 250kb/s. Die Reichweite ist unterschiedlich: Router können im Außenbereich bis zu 1000m Funkstrecke überbrücken, die I/O-Module schaffen bis zu 250m, wobei Stern- oder Baum-Netzwerktopologien realisierbar sind. Der Energieverbrauch der Geräte ist äußerst gering bemessen. Folgende Gerätetypen sind derzeit lieferbar:

* WSN-4510: Dieser Router sammelt Daten von den angemeldeten I/O-Modulen und reicht sie zum Gateway durch.
* WSN-4520: RS485 Modbus Gateway. Verbindet die Funkmodule (Route oder I/O-Module) via RS-485-Leitung mit einem Steuerrechner.
* WSN-4011: Eingangsmodul für 3 Analogkanäle.
* WSN-4051: Eingangsmodul für 4 Digitalkanäle.
* WSN-4061: Digitales Ausgangsmodul mit 3 Relais-Ausgängen
