IPEmotion mit Interface für SPS

IPEmotion, die Messdatenerfassungs-Software aus dem Hause IPETRONIK, kann jetzt über ein PlugIn direkt mit einer Siemens SPS kommunizieren

IPEmotion, die Messdaten-Erfassungssoftware aus dem Hause IPETRONIK, hat einen Treiber zur Siemens SPS der Serien S7 bzw. S5 im Angebot. Damit können die aktuellen Daten der SPS jetzt in Echtzeit angezeigt und verarbeitet werden.

Die Verbindung zur SPS kann hierbei über vier verschiedene Schnittstellen hergestellt werden:

  • TCP/IP Verbindung über CP343 Baugruppe
  • USB NetLink Adapter (Accon von Deltalogic)
  • Profibus Adapter (Softing)
  • PG/PC Programmierschnittstelle
Der Zugriff auf SPS-Variablen und -Kanäle ist hier sehr einfach möglich: Man kann dazu in IPEmotion fertige SPS-Projekte einfach importieren. IPEmotion dient hier als Universalwerkzeug zur Datenspeicherung & Visualisierung, Auswertung, Reporting. Synchron zur Erfassung der SPS-Daten können auch Messwerte aus anderen Quellen parallel gespeichert und verarbeitet werden.

Anwendungen für IPEmotion in diesem Bereich sind Anlagen-Diagnose,Störwertanalyse, Instandhaltung, Revisionsüberprüfung durch Hüllkurven-Überwachung, Prozessdatenauswertung, Prozessanalyse und Optimierung,Qualitätssicherung durch Prozessüberwachung.
