The demand for high quality interim management and consulting services in Southeast Asia will continue to increase after the current pandemic. In order to better support its international, especially European clients in Thailand and Southeast Asia, German-born Michael Berger will take over the role of BRAINFORCE's Country Manager in Thailand from the previous Sara Vikoolrawong. Sara will remain with BRAINFORCE as an advisor.

During his 20-year career, Michael has worked for both multinational industrial corporations and mid-sized companies. He also has many years of experience in the business services industry such as telecommunications and digital media. His core competencies are business development, human resources and business advisory.
Prior to joining Brainforce, he worked with some of the world’s leading Executive Search firms and as HR Specialist for Continental Tires, leading their green-field recruitment activities in Thailand.
Michael earned a Degree in Business Administration at Cologne Business School, with a focus on Asian cultures and languages and speaks English, German, Mandarin and Thai.
