After one year of absence for completing her professional Coach certification, Ms. Frances Yao has taken over again the responsibility as the General Manager of BRAINFORCE China. Ms. Sunny Sun, who had bridged the function during Frances’ absence, continues as a Business Development Executive.
Frances Yao, who holds a Bachelor of Economics in Management of International Enterpries and a MBA from Fudan University, had worked for ten years with Daikin and Honeywell in various positions.
In 2010 she successfully build up and lead Brainforce Shanghai through early 2019. With conclusion of her postgraduate education as an internationally certified professional coach, she took the opportunity to gain valuable work experience as the CEO assistant of a leading Chinese Coaching Institute for the past year.
Since August 3rd, Frances is now back as the General Manager of Brainforce in Shanghai. ”We are honored to have Frances Yao back, Martin Schneider, Chairman & CEO of the BRAINFORCE Group said.
