Thilo Koeppe holds a M.S. in engineering, and also a Master's degree in International Business Management. He gained his extensive management experience in small- and mid-caps companies, as well as in S&P500 companies along the entire corporate value chain. He has worked in international B2B, B2C and D2C environments. Most recently, Thilo Koeppe was responsible for the North Asia business of the Swiss Huber+Suhner Group.
Agile methods, business continuity management, sustainable strategy development and transformation processes are part of his toolbox. As a social entrepreneur, Thilo Koeppe has fulfilled a personal and entrepreneurial dream by founding a consulting company for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the world of work. He also shares his experience through lectures, positions on supervisory boards, and university and consulting mandates, including at a well-known global toy manufacturer based in Germany.
