Equipped with up to 32GB of SODIMM-based DDR5 high-speed memory, the PC’s I/O interface is designed for applications that require fast communication with external devices, such as AMR, Smart City, and CNC device solutions. The BOXER-6617-ADN offers six DB-9 ports with RS-232/422/485 functionality, dual 2.5GbE LAN, dual HDMI, and a 10-pin terminal block for peripheral connectivity and communication protocols, making it particularly suitable for industrial machine control.
In addition to its flexible storage and wired connectivity options, the hardware of the BOXER-6617-ADN is designed for tough industrial use. Its fanless chassis can operate in a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C. The system also features a wide DC input range from 9V to 36V with circuit protection and is built to withstand high vibrations and shocks.
Utilizing SSD-based storage via a 2.5" SATA HDD and an M.2 2280 M-Key slot, the BOXER-6617-ADN offers more flexibility for storage-intensive applications. Additionally, M.2 E- and B-Key slots support 5G, Wi-Fi, and LTE connectivity for edge-to-cloud data transfer and wireless communication with industrial machines.
"The BOXER-6617-ADN combines a robust fanless enclosure with energy-efficient data processing, which is a key factor for many industrial customers when choosing their hardware," says Gabor Paxian, Senior Account Manager at BRESSNER Technology. "Additionally, the box PC supports a Hailo-8™ M.2 2280 AI acceleration module for deep neural network inference as an option, such as for machine vision applications."
The BOXER-6617-ADN is now available for order through the BRESSNER website and usual sales channels.
