D-Sub Haube mit patentiertem Mehrfach-Verriegelungssystem

Die PROVERTHA Cables & Solutions GmbH als Entwickler und Hersteller im Bereich Bahntechnik, Industrieautomation, Industriekommunikation, Industrieelektronik und in der Automobilindustrie hat mit der neuen Serie 217DCN – FLEXLOCK® eine vernickelte Vollmetallhaube für hochwertige EMV-Anwendungen mit patentiertem Mehrfach-Verriegelungssystem herausgebracht.

Dieses zeichnet sich aus durch:
  • Schraubverriegelung (Rändelschraube, Kombischlitz, Inbus) oder
  • Quick Lock® Push-Pull Verriegelung (Einhandbedienung gesichert durch akustische Rückmeldung)
  • Weitere Möglichkeiten für Kabel-Kabel Verbindungen: Verrieglung mit Einlegemutter
  • Zusammenbau der D-Sub Hälften durch „Snap-together-Design“
  • Verbindung nur durch Einschnappen
  • Lediglich 2 vormontierte Deckelschrauben notwendig am Kabelausgang (Zeit- und Kostenersparnis)
  • Sichere Verriegelung durch Haltefedern  in Federstahl-Ausführung
  • Interne Kabelklemme
  • IP 20 Schutzklasse
  • Kabelausgang 45° und 180°
  • Für einen Temperaturbereich von -55°C bis +90°C
  • Für raue Umgebungen

  • 9-polig (Größe 1 / Kabeldurchmesser 3 - 9,5mm)
