Im Vergleich des Zeitraumes Januar bis November 2010 mit der entsprechenden Referenzperiode Januar bis November 2009
- sanken die Rohöleinfuhren um 5,7% von 90,2 auf 85,1 Millionen Tonnen;
- fiel die deutsche Rohölrechnung im aktuellen Zeitraum mit 37,5 Milliarden Euro um 8,6 Milliarden Euro höher aus;
- lag der Grenzübergangspreis für die Tonne Importrohöl aktuell mit 440,19 Euro (vorher 319,82 Euro) im Schnitt um 37,6% höher.
Die 5 wichtigsten von insgesamt 27 Lieferländern (siehe Tabelle!) waren im Jahr 2010 die Russische Föderation (31,2 Millionen Tonnen), Großbritannien (12,0 Millionen Tonnen), Norwegen (8,0 Millionen Tonnen), Kasachstan (7,5 Millionen Tonnen) und Libyen (6,5 Millionen Tonnen). 23,5% der gesamten Rohöleinfuhren stammten im Berichtszeitraum aus britischen und norwegischen Nordseeölquellen; 17,6% wurden aus OPEC-Mitgliedsländern importiert.
