Oliver Grün erneut zum Präsidenten der European DIGITAL SME Alliance gewählt

Die Mitglieder der European DIGITAL SME Alliance (www.digitalsme.eu) haben Dr. Oliver Grün für die Wahlperiode 2018-2019 einstimmig im Amt bestätigt. Es ist bereits die zweite Amtszeit für Grün, zu der er am Montag, den 11. Dezember 2017 einstimmig von der Generalversammlung gewählt wurde. Oliver Grün ist Gründer und CEO der GRÜN Software AG sowie Präsident des Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V.. Die European DIGITAL SME Alliance ist der größte Verband in Europa für kleine und mittlere IT-Unternehmen (KMU). Gegenwärtig hat der Verband Mitglieder in 19 Ländern und vertritt mehr als 20.000 KMU in ganz Europa.

"Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen sind die treibende Kraft hinter der digitalen Revolution in Europa. Ich bin stolz darauf, als Präsident der European DIGITAL SME Alliance wirken zu können und einen so wichtigen Wirtschaftsbereich zu vertreten. Mein Ziel ist es zu zeigen, dass mittelständische Digitalunternehmen der Schlüssel für Europa sind, um die vierte industrielle Revolution anzuführen. Denn sie sind die Quelle für Innovation, Technologie und neue Arbeitsplätze“, sagte Grün, nachdem er das neue Präsidentschaftsmandat angenommen hatte.

Am gleichen Tag ernannte die Generalversammlung von DIGITAL SME ebenfalls Herrn Jose Luis Pancorbo zum Vizepräsidenten für das Mitgliedsland Spanien. Pancorbo ist spanischer IT-Unternehmer und Vorsitzender von AERTIC, der regionalen Vereinigung von digitalen Unternehmen in La Rioja. Jose Luis Pancorbo vertritt CONETIC, den spanischen Verband digitaler KMU und ersetzt Joaquin Garrido, der von 2007 bis 2017 als Vizepräsident für DIGITAL SME in Spanien tätig war.
