Therefore reviews in defined intervals are mandatory. burster's DIGISTANT® 4423 represents the first calibrator for fast and economic measuring tasks with mechanical, electrical and thermal values.
At the same time the portable universal calibrator DIGISTANT® 4423 likewise is an all-purpose measuring chain for the measurement of mechanical values such as pressure, force, torque or displacement. In the new smart sensor interface model 7160 the reference sensors are scaled by storing up to 21 measuring values. On its plug & measure port the DIGISTANT® recognizes the sensor automatically. This leads to an extremely high precision in the static measuring mode. In the dynamic measuring mode min./max. peak values are acquired with a measuring rate of up to 1/1000. For pressure measurements up to 700 bar modules are available for the measurement against atmosphere, vacuum, absolute and difference. Optionally the measuring chain can be supplied with a works or DKD calibration certificate and thus ideally suits for recalibration tasks according to DIN ISO 9000.
The instrumentrelated software DIGICAL developed especially for the DIGISTANT® supports the complete calibration process from establishing procedures to documenting the results according to DIN ISO 9000. The results can be stored in the instrument for documentation and protocol compilation. Later they can be read out via the integrated USB interface. Even without a DIGISTANT® the smart sensor interfaces can be operated very economically along with DIGICAL via USB directly on a PC in the lab or on a laptop on site.
