Stadt Gelsenkirchen präsentiert aktuelle Flächenprojekte auf der Expo Real 2009

Die Internationale Leitmesse für Gewerbeimmobilien findet vom 05. - 07. Oktober 2009 in der Neuen Messe München statt. Die Stadt Gelsenkirchen präsentiert auf dem Gemeinschaftsstand der metropoleruhr aktuelle Flächenprojekte. Einen Schwerpunkt bildet hierbei das 80 Hektar große Stadtquartier Graf Bismarck, das mit seinem Konzept als Arbeits-, Wohn- und Erholungsstandort am Wasser langfristig zu einer der Top-Lagen im Ruhrgebiet gestaltet wird.Die positive Entwicklung der Stadt Gelsenkirchen wird auch an dem 70 Hektar großen ARENA PARK in unmittelbarer Nähe der VELTINS-Arena deutlich: Der Standort entwickelt sich zunehmend zu einem überregionalen Wellness-, Sport-, Gesundheits- und Freizeitcluster. Auch auf dem südlichsten Flächenprojekt, dem Zukunftsstandort Schalker Verein, sind die Erschließungsarbeiten nahezu vollendet. Hier stehen rund um den zu einer spektakulären Solarkraftanlage umgestalteten ehemaligen Erz-Hochbunker attraktive Entwicklungsflächen zur Verfügung. Im Hinblick auf das Kulturhauptstadtjahr 2010 präsentiert die Stadt Gelsenkirchen ausgewählte "Kreativquartiere" mit attraktiven Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für kreative Wirtschaftsunternehmen.
