Client/Server CTI-Lösung XPhone an Siemens HiPath Systemen zertifiziert

Im Rahmen des HiPath Ready Programms hat Siemens jetzt die Client/Server CTI-Lösung XPhone Professional 3.0 von C4B an den Real Time IP Systemen HiPath 3000 und HiPath 4000 zertifiziert. Für den Prüfungsprozess wurden sämtliche Telefonfunktionen der Software standardisierten Kompatibilitätstests unterzogen. Anhand diverser Verfügbarkeits-Checks wurde zudem das Verhalten des integrierten XPhone CTI- und Administrationsserver beim Ausfall von Anlagenkomponenten geprüft. Die Zertifizierung bestätigt das reibungslose Zusammenspiel der Systeme und belegt damit die Eignung der XPhone CTI-Lösungen für den Einsatz in IP-basierten und hybriden HiPath TK-Infrastrukturen.
