Sichere Telefonie-Webservices für Intranet-Anwendungen

Mit XPhone IntraDial 1.0 stellt die C4B Com For Business AG auf der CeBIT (Halle 12, Stand A50) ein API vor, das webbasierte Telefonverzeichnisse mit nur minimalem Aufwand um CTI-Funktionen erweitert. Die Lösung verwendet Ajax-Technologie (Asynchronous Javascript and XML) und richtet sich an Unternehmen, die bereits Telefonlisten im Intranet bereitstellen, sowie an Software- und Systemhäuser, die kundenspezifisch entwickelte SOAP-fähige Weblösungen um Telefoniefunktionen ergänzen möchten. Viele Unternehmen mit Intranetlösungen sind derzeit noch nicht ausreichend auf das Thema Sicherheit sensibilisiert. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Lösungen stellt XPhone IntraDial 1.0 daher mit der integrierten Benutzerverwaltung sicher, dass pro Benutzer jeweils nur der Zugriff auf die eigene Telefonleitung möglich ist. In reinen Windows-Umgebungen kann der Zugriff auch per Single-Sign-On über die Windows-Anmeldung erfolgen.

Im Lieferumfang sind bereits fertige Java Script Bibliotheken für die HTML-Integration enthalten, so dass mit wenigen Zeilen HTML-Code das XPhone IntraDial Framework sofort für alle gängigen Webbrowser und –Plattformen genutzt werden kann.
XPhone IntraDial 1.0 ist eine Erweiterung der XPhone Server Plattform und ab sofort verfügbar. Die Lizenzierung erfolgt pro Benutzer. Testsoftware ist auf Anfrage beim Hersteller C4B erhältlich.
